In 2018, we embarked on the tremendous task of rebranding the 20 year old, beloved Ebates brand to an unknown (in America), Japanese behemoth brand, Rakuten.
Officially launching in March 2019, we took Rakuten’s aided brand awareness from 8% (Jan 2019) to 63% (Dec 2019).
