In order for the team to create more efficiently, I created and implemented the use of Adobe Libraries in order to save time when searching for logos, images, color palette and product imagery. This implementation alone resulted in a 100%+ increase in productivity. We went from averaging 35 project completions (each project generally has 5-10 deliverables) per month to averaging 75+.
